This is an awesome game but since the new os x “Yosemity” it keeps crashing. Hope to see it fixed, still a five star game. :-)

i can see what is is trying to do BUT it moves entirely too slow and it gets boring, there should be a fast forward button for the time. also you should be able to start out with a married couple and not just a single person...i tried it...but dont like it...i want my money back

Its fun once u earn tons of money and have lots of kids. Helpful Cheat...... you can fastforeward time in system prefrences and it fastforewards time in the game!!!!

oh my god !!! I just bought this game and it remind me of gmaes i used to play in late 80s… seriously this is the worst game ever….i am asking officialy to have my money back… i cant believe it it is for US$10 !!!!!! i swear even if it is for free i wont play it…..you wont understand anythign in this game and the graphics are funny…. dont even thhin to buy it or try it for free… waste of time...

after i downloaded lion, this game no longer works at all.

I really enjoy this game :-) Its fun if you like the Sim type games and I really like that you can train them to continue in your absence. The real world continuous timing is nice too. I wish they would allow a couple to have more than 6 kids though. Especially if they are still young when their children have grown and left for college. Also, Id love to know if a widowed character can remarry. My only problem with the game is that since I upgraded to lion the fullscreen doesnt work anymore. The little screen works just fine though.

This game does not work with Lion update. Used it on my Mac before Lion update, it never would go to full screen and the kids were always blue/green until they turned 14. After the Lion update it does not work at all. Not very good customer support either. Way too many bugs and not enough updates for $10. Rip off!!

I bought the game because I already have it on my iphone and I have problems reading it; so I thought I would get it for my MAC to go full screen. Well forget that it wont go full screen and I still have a problem reading it. Please fix this bug.

I have just downloaded the game …… Sadly the game crashes when trying to open in Lion on full screen. I would not have purchased it if they had not said the problem was fixed. I contacted LDW and they have been very helpful, the game is up and running in full screen mode. Wonderful support from them!

When I get a person, she looks normal. I marry and that person is normal.. Everything is normal until I have a child she looks like a ghost of some sort.. I would like it if this problem can be fixed.. :) All I ask is that I am not raising any ghosts. Thank You!!

to the other reviewer- the "ghost baby" is showing that the soon-to-be mom is pregnant. it takes approximately 4 hours real time after the mom getting pregnant till the kid being born. This is not a glitch and the game is fantastic in my opinion! my only note would be that it would be nice if the store inventory changed more often. thanks!

Love the game but no matter how much time I have my people sleep they never gain energy. SAD...

this game is awesome!! i love everything about it and its so cool. the only problem is.. i wish it worked full screen. that may just be my computer, but i would like it better if it was full screen. but overall, great game!!
